Founded in 2022 Hilliard Art & Design, seeks to provide quality artwork to our customers. As well as build a community of artists and students working side-by-side in a friendly environment that encourages and inspires artistic growth. We believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express themselves and we want to help you find your artistic voice.
